Our Story
Bridgepoint Housing & Wellness Alliance was founded on the belief that housing stability is the cornerstone of long-term wellness. We are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness achieve long-term housing stability through permanent supportive housing, case management, wellness services, and community-based support. We work to connect people with safe housing, essential resources, and opportunities that promote self-sufficiency, dignity, and lasting success. We emerged from a deep understanding of the complex barriers faced by individuals and families in Los Angeles County, providing a compassionate, community-centered approach to housing navigation and supportive services.
Our mission is to reduce homelessness and improve quality of life by providing housing navigation, permanent supportive housing services, intensive case management, wellness support, and connections to community resources that empower individuals and families to achieve long-term stability and independence.
We want to bridge the gap between crisis and stability, ensuring every person we serve has the dignity and resources needed to thrive.
